Breaking News: Cloudfare -- the cloud network operating websites like ChatGPT, X, Canva, and more -- is down. According to their status page, they've "identified and a fix is being implemented". This is a global outage.
Hundreds of websites are down. Ironically, Downdetector was also down due to this outage. Cloudfare on their status page says there are "widespread 500 errors, Dashboard and API also failing".Cloudflare is a key internet hub providing network and security products for internet service providers. Even tools to protect websites from cyberattacks and help them stay online during DDOS (distributed denial of service) attacks and heavy traffic periods.

Updated: 11/18/2025, 10:26 A.M: Cloudfare says they have resolved the issue with some users still reporting difficulties using the Cloudfare dashboard.
Update - Some customers may be still experiencing issues logging into or using the Cloudflare dashboard. We are working on a fix to resolve this, and continuing to monitor for any further issues.
