Switch: The Networking Hub A switch is the central node that connects PCs, printers, servers, and other devices within your network. Choose between unmanaged and managed switches based on your network's complexity and the level of control you require. LAN Cabling Investing in high-quality LAN cables like CAT6 is advisable for a robust wired network. This ensures sufficient bandwidth for access points and allows you to connect devices like printers and IP cameras directly to the network.
